The sooner you send them, the sooner you get your money. Please ensure that they are sent within two weeks of the offer price, are securely packaged and all present.

The DVD Buyer will arrange a courier to collect your package on a working day that is convenient for you. This can be from any residential or commercial address. Unfortunately the courier does not give specific times - collection can be any time between 9am and 5.30pm. Collection on the requested day has a 95% success rate. You will be emailed a label that needs to be printed and attached to the package. The courier will provide you with a receipt and tracking number.
